Louisiana Health Finder helps you choose which hospital will best meet your needs. Here, we offer information about how hospitals handle the most common and costly conditions that patients face. Hospitals, doctors, scientists, and other health care professionals have found that these measures provide a good snapshot of the quality of care that hospitals give. These measures include needs of patients both during and after they have received care. Use this information to compare hospitals to one another, and make the right decision for your health care.

 
 

How to Find Hospitals

  • In the drop-down box, select a city in which you want to find a hospital.
  • Click the green " + " box next to each hospital you want to compare. Select up to four per search.
  • If you want to remove a hospital, click the red " - " box.
  • To compare hospitals in different cities, add hospitals from the first city and then select a second city from the drop-down box. A list of hospitals in the second city will appear.
  • Go to "Compare Hospitals" to view the results.
