How to Find Dialysis Facilities

  • In the drop-down box, select a city in which you want to find a dialysis facility.
  • Click the green " + " box next to each facility you want to compare. Select up to four per search.
  • If you want to remove a dialysis facility, click the red " - " box.
  • To compare dialysis facility in different cities, add dialysis facility from the first city and then select a second city from the drop-down box. A list of dialysis facilities in the second city will appear.
  • Go to "Compare Dialysis Facilities" to view the results.
